DFR0601 with UNO R4

How would I go about controlling the DFR0601 with an UNO R4?

Specifically, the { Signal Control Current: 15mA (at 5V signal control voltage) } with the UNO R4's 8mA pin limit.

Should the Vcc NOT be supplied from the R4's 5V and only the ground connected?
