I am interested in knowing whether it causes any damage to the sensor if I remove the basis which is held with two screws? I don't have much space on my solution, and removing the base would be very helpful. Does DFRobot provide custom solutions or any client updates for this sensor?
Hi there, removing the base will not damage the sensor. However, it can no longer be mounted horizontally, and the sensor will lose its waterproof and moisture-proof protection.
