SEN0604 Soil Moisture sensor capacitive measurement frequency question

Can you please confirm if the SEN0604 high frequency for capacitive soil moisture sensing. (Above 60MHz). This is important as frequencies above 60MHz are more immune to soil salinity which would otherwise affect the measurement.

FDR Soil Moisture Sensors (Frequency Domain Reflectometry) the recommended product is the SEN0604 which would suggest that this is an FDR sensor operating at high frequency but this is not specifically stated.

Can you please confirm if the SEN0604 performs capacitive soil moisture sensing at frequencies above 60MHz and is indeed classified as an FDR sensor? As I mentioned, the blog suggests that it is but does not confirm it.
