SEN0189 Turbidity Sensor

I see on the video the voltage for water is 4.21V which is approximately 0.5NTU. But I recently bought one, it only giving me a reading of 3.7-3.85V for tap water on analog. How did you guys calibrate it? Everything is run on the arduino uno.
