RS485 PAR Sensor no longer responds

Recently, we modified a PAR sensor (RS485 Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) Sensor (400-700nm)) but unfortunately instead of updating register 2000 we updated 2001 which seems to be related to baud rate. The value 1 was modified to 7.
After that, expectedly, the communication has been broken, tried a lot of things with no result.
Does anyone have idea how to recover the device? Hidden factory reset option or other solution?
