How to get a Raspberry Pi 5” 800×480 IPS Touchscreen Module V2 to work with a Raspberry Pi CM5?

I have been trying to no avail to get my CM5 (using official CM5 IO Board) to recognize the Raspberry Pi 5” 800×480 IPS Touchscreen Module V2.

What do I need to do to get it up and running, currently it is not detected at all, what am I missing?
