viewer software error, 64×8 Matrix DTOF 3D Distance Sensor, wy860-lib16.dll

I am attempting to use the software at the following link:

I am using Windows 11 on ARM and get this following DLL error, same error with Windows 7 on x64.

Can not find the procedure entry point, can not find wy860-lib16.dll.

Where may I find this dynamic library file?

I can not find this file, and would like to use the above software to verify the detection area and range of the sensor.

I will try to upload an image of the error.

Is there any suggestion or recommendation or another software to use?
