SEN0470 - 0V

Hello

I have several SEN0470 (SO2) sensors and these all provide 0.0V output

According to the spec sheet the 0PPM value should be 0.6V

The sensor is providing I2C data as I can read the Gastype, Decimal digits and temperature…

Any idea what this could be?

It sounds like your SEN0470 module is actually working partially (since I2C data like gas type, decimals, and temperature are readable), but the analog output stage may not be initialized or enabled correctly. On these sensors, a 0V output usually indicates either the analog output is disabled in firmware/configuration, the sensor hasn’t completed proper calibration/warm-up, or the output pin is not correctly referenced or powered (common grounding issue). I would double-check the power supply stability, confirm the AO pin wiring, and also try reinitializing or resetting the sensor to ensure it switches from I2C mode properly supporting analog output. If everything is correct and it still stays at 0V, it could also point to a defective analog output circuit even though the I2C side is functioning.
