Help needed: Windows 11 not detecting OCuLink eGPU on LattePanda Sigma

Hello, I'm trying to set up an eGPU via OCuLink on my LattePanda Sigma, but the system isn't detecting it.
I would really appreciate some guidance on BIOS tweaks or troubleshooting!

Here is my hardware setup:
Board: LattePanda Sigma i5 (32GB RAM)
OS: Windows 11 Pro
eGPU: Aoostar AG02
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti
OCuLink Adapter: BQ-FM040-200 Ver:2.0 (OCuLink SFF-8612)
Slot used: Main M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 slot

The Issue: When I connect the eGPU via Thunderbolt, it works flawlessly (which confirms that the RTX 5060 Ti, PSU, and dock are fully functional). However, when I switch to the OCuLink connection via the M.2 adapter, the GPU does not show up in Windows Device Manager at all.
