K10 is displaying a red screen and is not recognized as k10 by computer

I recently purchased a K10 at the FAB conference in Boston the other week. When I plugged in my K10 it flashes white then goes completely red screen. I have tried to force firmware mode by holding the boot button on plug in but it just gives off a whine and the screen stays black. When I plug it into the computer it is not recognized as a k10 Unihiker but the device manager shows the image below. I have tried to follow the re-imaging steps but cant get the comp to recognize the device and I am feeling stuck. Any help is appreciated.

The "USB JTAG/serial debug unit" in Device Manager is actually the K10 being recognized — that's the ESP32-S3's USB interface in boot mode. So the hardware connection is fine, the board is alive.
The red screen means the firmware is corrupted or the flash is empty. The whine and black screen when holding BOOT is normal — the board enters download mode and the screen stays off.
Try this exact sequence:
Power off the K10 completely, unplug USB.
Hold the BOOT button (on the back, next to the camera).
While holding BOOT, plug in USB to your PC.
Keep holding for 3 seconds, then release.
Open Mind+ V1.8.1 or V2, switch to Upload Mode, select UNIHIKER K10.
Click "Restore Device Initial Settings" or "Erase" — the port should show up now.
Jason.Miao Thank you so much, I finally got it to recognize and show up in Mind+. Now the fun begins.
