Ecoduino not recognized by Windows 10

I'm using Windows 10 and Arduino IDE 1.8.5 which works just fine with genuine Arduino boards, Adafruit boards, and DFRobots flaming wheels kit, but does not recognize the Ecoduino board. I've tried multiple cables and reinstalled the Arduino IDE with drivers but without success.

Any suggestions?
