Problem with Calibration mode of TDS analog sensor

Hi, i want to know if anyone else have had any problems about calibration mode with the TDS analog sensor.
When i write "enter" on serial monitor input line the "Calibration mode" doesn't appaer.
i don't know how to solve it.
