Sim808 shield arduino AT+CGSNPWR=1 Error

I bought a new Sim808 shield recently, and I have pluged a 9V adapter in Uno's Jack, and now I'm trying some AT commands, when I try AT+CGSNPWR=1 it always says ERROR, can anyone tell me how I can solve this please?
