APC220 not recognized, data transfering, how?

One module is connected to the PC with a USB/TTL converter. The other module is connected to an Arduino's APC220 pins. Everything is wired exactly as shown in your manual. I have figured out how to "run as administrator" and RF Magic is recognizing the COM Part that the module is connected to but nothing else-nothing shows on the bottom line of the box where it should show "COM x opened; found device; model APC C22x series".

2013-08-12 23:34:11 I think the problem is the COM port selection.
the default COM port is com7, but when I use this one, the device can not found.
but when I choose another one ,like COM 1and COM 2. It works succeed.
So, you can try other COM ports.
