Romeo V2.0 isn't recognized

HI,
I have a problem with my Romeo board v2.0. When I connect my romeo on my PC with a USB cable, my PC detect the romeo and a white led is blinking just a few seconds then my board is disconnected of my PC. There is no board in my device driver and I can't load my code.
I used it just three time.
is it a FTDI chip problem? What should I do ? Do you accept returns for that reason ?
Thanks in advance.

I tried on another PC, but it was the same thing.
I haven't USBtinyISP. If it's the best idea, I can buy it. It's not expensive.
How use this USBtinyISP? I must have a special software to upgrade the bootloader?

2014-01-17 21:34:11 Hello Ningel,
The leonardo based boards are known to have this behaviour. The best idea is upgrade the bootloader.
Do you have a usbtinyisp?
By the way, could you change another PC?

2014-01-16 06:31:19 Hello Grey,
I tried with three different cables but it's the same problem. :/
I never saw "unknow device" in Device Manager for my romeo. the "unknown device" in my screenshots is here for a long time :).

2014-01-16 01:29:09 Hello Ningel,
Yes. But I think this problem caused by the poor contact.
It makes the connection unstable. (Actually I also have one, sometimes it even will display "unknown device")
Could you change another mirco usb cable, and try again.

2014-01-10 05:28:37 Hello Grey,
It's a Romeo V2.0.
I use an AWM 2725 micro USB cable. I don't use USB HUB.
In Device Manager, I see "Arduino Leonardo Bootloader COM34" (Capture.png) when I connect my board. A red power led is On and a white led is blinking.
Then, after 5 seconds, this line disappear (Capture1.png). The white led is Off and the red led is still On.

2014-01-08 18:13:02 Hello Ningel85,
Is it romeo V2.0? or V2.1?
What is the phenomenon in hardware management when you unplug the mirco usb cable and plug it again?
Whether the power led is still on or not?
Could you attach a screenshot about the device driver. And a photo about the hardware connection. Especially the mirco usb port.
Thank you.
