Cheapduino booting: gives 15 sec delay before executing my code.

on power-up , it takes 15-16 sec before it start to run my code.
Arduino.cc forum members suggested incorrect config bits or bootloader.

Sorry for the long time waiting.
Anyway, cheapduino is using the Atmel AVR ATmega8 as its MCU,
And it will need some seconds to load its bootloader, when you power the module manually
It is a normal phenomenon. Grey.CC
