Problem in Arduino bluetoth commucation with RS232-TTL

Dear All;
Warm Greetings!
I have recently bought a RS232-TTL adoptor for communication of the arduino and PC through bluetooth communication.
But I am troubling to get data through the set-up shown in the attached picture.
I am communicating with two bluetooth devices, one connected to arduino and other to the computer.
Can anyone help me know what exactly the problem going on?
I have taken all the necessary steps to get the data but not getting it right at all.
Can you please help me.
Thanks a lot!
Regards,
Irfan.

Do you have more information about this device?
A datasheet would probably help. Usually you need to pair the device, and/or set them to be master/slave.
What code are you using for Arduino?
Cheers
