FIT0137 - 7.4V Lipo Battery Charging Questions, Please Respond

Guys,
I need some help with the following questions:
1) Can i charge the battery while plug in a bot, basically connecting the charger in parallel with the battery ?
2) I have a 12V / 5A charger, can i use it ?
3) If i use the 12V/5A what is the charging time needed to full charge, assuming the battery is low but not full discharged. Any formula or rule to calculate the charging time based in the V And/OR Amps ?
4) This kind of discharge, and charge is ok ? Or is prone to create battery memory problems ?
I would like to implement a robot's charging station, the robot will seek the station when the battery is low (assuming it's possible to monitor the battery Volts, hopefully a sequential drop in Volts ), while in the station (if point 1 is possible), the robot will wait X/Constant time recharging.
Is this feasible ?
Any feedback will be appreciated.

2014-08-22 11:18:08 you will need a lipo charger... on most lipo chargers you can set the amp... it is normal to charge a lipo with 1c that means that if you have a 2200mAh (2.2Ah) that will take 1 hour at 2.2Amp (if fully empty, which it should NEVER be) the battery is full when each cell is at 4.2v and may only be discharged to around 3,3v
