The ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 is a generic Wi-Fi and Bluetooth LE MCU module designed for a wide range of applications. It is based on the ESP32-S3 SoC, featuring a Xtensa® dual-core 32-bit LX7 microprocessor with a clock frequency up to 240 MHz and AI acceleration capabilities. This variant (N4) includes 4 MB of SPI flash, 512 KB SRAM, and 16 KB RTC SRAM. It supports Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5 (LE) with an onboard PCB antenna. Peripherals include SPI, LCD, Camera interface, UART, I2C, I2S, USB OTG, ADC, and up to 36 GPIOs.
ESP32-S3 integrates multiple peripherals including SPI, LCD, Camera interface, UART, I2C, I2S, IR remote control, pulse counter, LED PWM, USB Serial/JTAG controller, MCPWM, SDIO host, GDMA, TWAI® controller (compatible with ISO 11898-1), ADC, touch sensor, temperature sensor, timers, and watchdogs, as well as up to 36 GPIOs. And it also includes a full-speed USB 1.1 On-The-Go (OTG) interface to enable USB communication.
