The direct-drive servo motor is a high-reliability permanent magnet synchronous motor that integrates an outer rotor brushless motor, an encoder, and a servo drive. Using advanced direct-drive technology, this motor eliminates the need for a traditional reducer, transforming a noisy and inefficient system into a compact, efficient, and quiet one.
The upgraded V2.0 offers a wider working voltage range of 11-28V DC, a rated torque of 0.25 Nm, a stalling torque of 0.85 Nm, and a reduced stall current of ≤3A for more stable and reliable performance. Furthermore, the newly added IPX4 waterproof rating makes it suitable for humid environments or applications with a risk of splashing water. Combined with the high-precision sensor built into the motor and the FOC control algorithm used by the driver, it is ideal for applications such as robot joints, balance car drive wheels, small AGV drive wheels, and educational robots.
Integrated Design
The direct-drive servo motor features an integrated design that combines the motor and driver, providing high integration and a compact structure. This design enables the motor to deliver smooth torque, stable speed, and precise position control without an external reducer.

The driver includes a comprehensive monitoring mechanism and protection functions, such as over-current, over-temperature, and stall protection (with an improved stall current of ≤3A), ensuring safe and reliable operation.
Advanced Communication and Control
The motor supports Hall position detection and electric braking. It can communicate via UART to provide real-time position, speed, current, and fault code information. This feature allows for detailed monitoring and control, enhancing the reliability and efficiency of the motor in various applications.
