Introduction

The Smart City Kit is an AI learning kit designed for algorithm and AI education. Used with the UNIHIKER K10 (required, sold separately) and Mind+, it brings learning into real public-service scenarios — museums, stores, and communities. Across 12 guided projects plus one capstone challenge, learners build interactive devices for guidance, exhibit protection, safe access, smart checkout, member services, and community applications, exploring image and voice recognition, QR codes, RFID, model training, sensing, visual feedback, and actuator control — while designing input–decision–output logic, testing system performance, and considering privacy, safety, fairness, and responsible AI use.
