The D-Robotics RDK S100 Development Kit (EU Plug) brings AI perception, application processing, and real-time motion control together on a single platform for embodied robotics. A 6-core Arm Cortex-A78AE CPU handles application logic, a Nash BPU provides up to 80 TOPS (INT8) for AI inference, and a 4-core Arm Cortex-R52+ MCU handles real-time control tasks. This heterogeneous architecture provides a shared hardware foundation for developing how robots perceive their surroundings and respond through movement. This EU version includes an EU plug.
Integrated AI Computing and Real-Time Control
Robot perception and motion control place different demands on processing hardware. This robotics development kit assigns AI inference to the BPU, application processing to the CPU, and time-sensitive motion tasks to the MCU. The humanoid-inspired dual-brain architecture brings these workloads onto one platform, helping reduce the hardware footprint and integration complexity associated with separate computing and control boards.

80 TOPS Edge AI with 12GB LPDDR5 Memory
The Nash BPU delivers up to 80 TOPS (INT8) of AI computing performance, complemented by 12GB of 96-bit LPDDR5 memory. This edge AI development kit provides a platform for deploying supported vision models, including YOLO-family networks and Vision Transformers, for tasks such as object detection and visual perception. Onboard 64GB eMMC storage and an M.2 Key M interface provide storage options for operating system files, applications, and project data.

Dedicated Interfaces for Robot Sensors and Peripherals
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB 3.0 Type-A ports, and M.2 expansion interfaces support network connections and peripheral integration. A 40-pin Main GPIO header and a dedicated 16-pin MCU GPIO header provide access to the two processing domains. Separate 100-pin camera and MCU expansion interfaces support further system expansion, while HDMI 1.4 provides local display output up to 2K@60FPS.

RDK OS and Robotics Development Resources
This robotics development kit runs RDK OS and benefits from official resources covering more than 200 open-source algorithms and application examples. These resources provide starting points for evaluating perception workloads, integrating peripherals, and developing robotics applications.
