Older UART with Datalogger Kit #2 Connector Issue

I sprung for the earlier UART ver 1.2 adaptor and just purchased the datalogger and 2.8 TFT display. Having trouble connecting the UART to my datalogger. Nothing plugs in well. My UART has two - 2 conductor cables and the datalogger kit has the four - 4 pin jacks. Is there a part number where I can but a new jack to replace the two - 2 conductor plugs? Also, where do I plug TX and RX blue and yellow cables on my datalogger?

Thanks!

2014-06-17 01:41:47 Thanks for your help.  I finally just cut the connectors off and soldered directly.  I tried your wiring suggestion.  It still reported no ODBC.  Appreciate the help.  I have a model A UART and it just won't work with the data logger kit I bought.  Reversed, forwards, TX1,TX2, and now SDA SLC and nothing works.

Those should be XH-connectors, have a look around http://www.digikey.com/catalog/en/partgroup/xh-series/2841 and http://www.digikey.com/catalog/en/partgroup/xh-series/8411 should get you going with the connectors.
About where goes what, its all on the product pages:
