avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding

I am having an issue with my Bluno. Since yesterday I cannot upload any code to my bluno anymore! I always get "avrdude: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding". The linking and pairing LED on the Bluno are blinking in turns.
I tried already to upload the code to another Bluno, which worked (so, the Serial Port and Programmer settings should be fine). I am using Max OS 10.10 and arduino 1.0.5.
I am looking forward for help!

It is highly like that the bootloader was lost, you could try to burn bootloader of the chips on bluno.
