uploading problem

i am new RFRobot users. i test connection through usb and upload some demo sketch today . but always pop up this error message :
"avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x00"
please anybody help me fix it ! thank you so much

Which board is in your hand?
Unplug the wires on the TX/RX pin(D0,D1), and try again. It should work except it is broken.
