Data logging to USB through CC2540

I have a Bluno Mega V1.0 and am wanting to log data received from 2 analogue pins and write them to a text file. I was hoping to do this through Bluetooth to a PC or phone or to a USB storage device. I thought I would start trying to log directly to a USB stick first but looking at http://playground.arduino.cc/Main/UsbMemory looks like I need a FTDI chip. However, I thought I might see if there is a way to use the CC2540 to do this. Has any one tried this or can provide some advice?
Thanks
Colin
