GPS/GPRS/GSM Module V3.0 Unable To Get Correct GPS Data

Hi guys, I'm currently using GPS/GPRS/GSM Module V3.0 to received GPS with the use of Arduino UNO. But previously the GPS data was wrong as in keep giving me lat lon that far apart from my location.

Then I tried to reset it in COLD mode. After trying this I cannot even get a GPS data, even the date showing 2011 year.
