SIM808 automatic turned off

Hello all,

first of all i am new in this forum. I am stuck at one problem that i have described below. I hope you guys will help me out ASAP.

I have developed board my own having sim808 in it. Problem is , when i bias it with having 3.9V external supply(power supply- not LI battery) it turns ON and within a couple of second it turns OFF. I dont want to use LI battery, please help me to solve it.

If you have any insufficient data please inform me.It is so emergency case.

The external power supply voltage should be in the range of 7-23 v DC. The board can't work normally at 3.9V. userHeadPic Wendy.Hu
