Latte Panda With or Without Windows 10

Hello I order a Latte Panda 4/gb and when I ordered it said it had windows but now I see that it says without windows key and also the description says that it comes with windows.
I have 2 questions
1. Will mine come with windows
2. I order another one will it also come with windows
