TEL0051 is geting hot

I work with a TEL0051 and a 7.4V/2300mA battery, lithium.
On the board, there is two condenateur, juste beside of the small battery.
After 15mn of work, its getting hot, as well the MIC29302. I can leave my finger on the condensator.
It's normal?
In my point of view, it a bit too hot/warm

As SIM908 has a large power consumption, the power chip MIC29302 and two condensateurs will be hot/warm. If the temperature is no more than 60C, it is no problem.
