Arduino Uno and Wifi Shield V3 Problem -URGENT HELP

I am having problems with the wifi shield v3 and arduino.
I have configured the wifi shield as per the wiki page. But in the USR-TCP232-Test RS232 to Ethernet Convert tester software as mentioned in the wiki, no communication happens. The connection is made but Com to Network and back no matter what i send nothing gets received.
After some fiddling i removed the 2 jumpers and suddenly COM to Network started receiving BUT the network to COM didnt work still.
So I need help in the following-
1. If anyone has used this shield 3.0 with arduino, can u please guide me on the jumper setting.
2. If you can share your connection diagram and some sample code as to how to send and receive data from arduino to wifi network and from wifi network to arduino.
Any help in this will be greatly appreciated.
@ the DFROBOT techsupport - Please to help in this as i have searched almost all forums and google and people's comments that the techsupport hasnt put up any working sample examples for this shield. Please to help.
