2016-09-10 01:29:02 In case you are asking about the delay before actually playing the file - I found that when there are a lot of files on the MicroSD card - It can take some time before playing (probably indexing or searching time).
So... just use a "clean" card which contains only the sounds you need.
I bought several super cheap 1GB microSD cards at AliExpress and solved this problem...
