DF Player get stuck! Pls HELP!

Player works on demand - it is triggered by button. Plays one song from the list and wait for another trigger. Song's are 20 sec long.
DFPlayer is powered from 6V battery 10Ah via 3,3V linear LDO. Batteries are new!
Amplifier is external (PAM8403). Powered by it's own LDO but from the same power source.
After few hour's (time not determined) DFPlayer get stuck. Blue LED illuminates but there is nothing played. There is nothing I can do except hard restart. Batteries have 6,3V-6,4V when it happening.
Pls HELP!!!!

Recently the player get stuck while blue LED was off. Triggering doesn't make any effects. projekty

Piezo switch is replacable with mechanical switch - but nothings change, DFPlayer gets stuck anyway.

Sorry, I am not very clear what are you talking about. Can you give me a picture about your diagram connection? Or did you do a test according to our wiki, no change, then it will be ok? Wendy.Hu
