Do you mean you updated the firmware to your 2.0 device? If so, sorry, there are some compatibility issues, since the firmware is for bluetooth 4.0, not bluetooth 2.0. I am sorry to hear that. Wendy.Hu

Hey do you know if the the bluno nano firmware source code is available online somewhere. I have searched through the DFRobot Github and other pages and I have been unable to find it thus far.

d.brandonk 2017-03-12 11:01:08 I was having issues uploading the firmware and I worked it out by following these directions.
Q10. I can't upload new firmware to the Bluno because the application says "serial timeout" whenever I try. Please help!
A. There are two possible reasons about this error info.
1. The software might be failed to recognize the serial port if you have unplug Bluno from your PC while the software in running and re-plug it to your PC again. If so, please restart the software again and try.
2. Bluno is NOT in Update Firmware Mode if you don't see the 2 LED (PAIR&LINK) flashing, i.e. you forget to press the button BOOT before you plug Bluno to PC. d.brandonk

My Bluno Firmware is not connecting Bluno V2.0 device, Com port not recognising the Bluno, Please help me out!.
I pressed the Boot button down and connected usb to Mac pro but Com port not recognising.
I'm not able to upload files.
When i'm trying from Arduino tool click on "Serial monitor" then i see Error msg : Board at /dev/cu.usbmodem1421 is not available.
This i facing the problem.
Please let me know if any advices to workout my Bluno device. darlaarun

Yes, firmware v1.9 is available for the bluno nano, you can try to update the firmware V1.97 as shown in the attachment. Wendy.Hu
