Bluettoh control of Playbulb light

So here is a very noob question - I have Arduino Uno.
I would like to control some bluetooth appliances through it - is it even possible? Lets say I have a few Playbulb led lights that can be turned on and off and color can be changed. There is an app for that in my phone. Will I be able to do similar staff with Arduino + any of the bluetooth addons sold here?

P.S.I am very new to the topic (actually I control my setup though it (relays, servos etc) but that\s through Matlab. But regardless - if C++ programming needed - can be done.

Sorry, so far, our ble products only support our own ble series product. So I think if you want to use our ble devices to control your own ble devices, I am afraid not.
