Lattepanda broken Screen and no reaction from DFROBOT

Hi ,
as they are no reaction from DFRobot with email , just thing like :
Your request (3270) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

and ...
Your request (3535) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

I prefer then ask here ...
I have purchase a Lattepanda lcd screen , i get it , but it is broken.
I send then directly a email with photos tomake_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_EMAIL, ' ', '[email protected]', '', '') the 24/03 and get the 1st answer ...
After more than a week without any news i send the email ... again .. the 04/04 and i get the 2nd answer !
Now .. we are the 12/04 and still not get any news from you !
To be honest i will prefer to get the money back and will for sure found a screen somewhere else allot faster than
the time needed to your customer service to respond to a simple email.
