Do you have a support line I can contact?

I have a Latte Panda that won't boot. I have connected the screen and the touchpad as instructed but once the redlight goes out I press the power for 1 second the blue light on the chip flashes 12 times but nothing appears on the screen. Any suggestions where I am going wrong?
