how to work http post with wifi shield v3 ?

I'm using dfrobot wifi shield v3 with arduino uno.
I already set up ap+sta mode, and I want to post data to my web server.
However, there is no library or example about this product. (it has only sleep mode example)
So do you have any example about working http post to web server?
or can you let me know how to work with http post with this product?
