Bluno or Beetle BLE as USB HID keyboard?

I want to write a phone app that talks to a controller plugged in to the USB of a PC. Signals from the phone app would send keystrokes to the PC. I'm thinking that means a Bluno or Beetle BLE, connected via USB cable to the PC. But I can't tell whether the Bluno or Beetle BLE can emulate a keyboard over the USB connection. Note this is NOT a request for Bluetooth HID keyboard support.
Can you tell me if this has been tested to work?
