Arduino Wifi SD shield

Can anyone tell me if this wifi module (DFROBOT ESP8266 Wifi Bee) is compatible with Arduino WIFI SD SHIELD or not? I have arduino uno R3 and Arduino WIFI SD Shield so can I use this module(ESP8266 Wifi Bee) instead of Xbee wifi module without use of any extra adapter or not?
I know Arduino Wifi SD shield is totally compatible with Xbee wifi but can I use (DFROBOT ESP8266 Wifi Bee) instead of it too since it's cheaper than Xbee?
Can I use this shield instead of Xbee adaptor ?????

I think this module(ESP8266 wifi bee) also works for the Arduino wifi bee, since the wiki says the design of wifi bee is compatible with xbee expansion and the both communicate through serial, it will work for both module. and if you set a softserial in UNO, and program the wifi bee to communicate with your UNO, you don't need an adapter robert.chen
