Firebeetle ESP-32 DFR0478 Board

I have posted on several DFROBOT topics and there seems to be very little activity and very little in depth support, most replies seem to be users struggling like my self..?
I have also posted on the ESP forums and response there is somewhat similar...
I bought my Firebeetle from a UK supplier and they don't provide support because it is a DFROBOT product...??
I see on the ESP.COMs webpage giving a long list if ESP-32 boards that DFROBOT Firebeetle is listed as "cloned" and non-standard...???
When I buy other MCU boards they all have forums that has lots of activity and support from the company itself for more detail analysis..??

I think that “cloned / non-standard” tag doesn’t mean it’s fake — it just means it’s not part of Espressif’s official development ecosystem.
The board uses a slightly non-standard pin mapping and boot circuitry, and DFRobot’s choice of USB interface and dual-USB design (on FireBeetle 2 ESP32-E, for example) makes it behave differently in the Arduino IDE and ESP-IDF environments.
