Can anyone help me recover my Panda? Red led blinking

Im having problems with my panda and I already emailed the team but i didnt got a response in a week. After the BIOS update the panda didnt wanted to boot anymore. the red led is just flashing, when i reset the panda the red led is steady for 10 seconds but starts to flash again after that.

I tried to use USB Stick with both BIOS versions and with the Windows installation. neither worked
