How to Get a replacement or send it to be fixed

Hello I got my LP and it was amazing but for some reason it stopped working and the red light does not light up I did not tweak the BIOS and I have a sufficient power supply so I don't know the cause and I woundering if there is a way to get a replacement for my latte panda or if I could send it in and get it fixed
