COMM Port question

I verified the Arduino is working by uploading a LED blinking sketch from Arduino example and it is working fine.
The COMM port on my LattePanda is a bit strange. It is shown as COMM3 first. After I uploaded the "Standard Firmata", it becomes COMM5.
There is also another COMM, COMM1, does anyone has any idea what this COMM1 is for?
I've been struggling it for 2 days. Highly appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!
