Red light blinking. NO signal HEEEELP

Hi Lattepanda team. a week ago i've received my LP and when i first opened it i noticed that the restart button is damaged no press mecanisme. And when i booted up my Unit. the red LEd will not stop blinking and i get no signal on my monitor or any sign of a working unit.
So what should i do ?
i tested different PS and cables combination nothing changed, i believe that it is because of the faulty restart button.
