Windows 10 64bit on basic 2gb LP

Please Please Please don't flame me if the answer to my question has already been posted. I read through the forum, did searches, and I can't find a definitive answer or how to. I simply want to know if I can run the 64bit OS on the 2gb board? It would also help to explain why not? the other question is why the two different bios? I've run 64bit OS on other systems with just 2gb ram? Please just educate me so I can work on this.
