[RESOLVED] HDMI latency

I'm getting a consistent latency of about 250ms-500ms when using the HDMI output (the mini screen does not have this problem).
Is anyone else getting this?
Is there any way it can be fixed?

I would like to use the latte panda as an arcade machine but the delay is too much for anything that requires quick reactions.
It's also a very uncomfortable user experience just for regular use to need to wait after every mouse movement to confirm it went where I wanted it to.

Some things I've tried:
- Updating video card drivers.
- Disabling virtualisation in the BIOS (suggested on other forums).
- Disabling the mini-screen so it only has to process 1 output.
- Enable "Gaming mode" on my TV < This helped, but not enough.

Any other ideas?
