Faulty LattePanda/IPS Display

I have connected the IPS 7" display that came with my LattePanda, turned it on and setup Windows. After it restarted it was showing me lines and shut down after a few seconds. I tried unplugging and plugging the display again, nothing works. Tried different power supplies and cables rated for over 2A but nothing seems to work. 

I found out that if I reset my board the display works properly. On the next boot up after that one it shows the lines again and needs a reset... and so on.
