Windows start menu, cortana, edge and wifi not working

Windows start menu, cortana, edge and wifi are not working. I tried several solutions such as :
- disabling tablet mode => it cannot be found in the control panel
- updating windows through the windows update normaly available in the control panel
- using PowerShell command line "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}" => but it seems nothing is registerd on my windows so it did not worked either
what kind of windows 10 distribution is it?
please help me make my lattepanda work properly.
