[RESOLVED] 2GB version does not work with supplied screen

SO i ordered another one from dfrobot and it arrived today but that also does not work, so is there a problem with the touchscreens or a problem with the LattePanda?
I am a full time dev, so setting up touchscreens is pretty easy but the lattepanda touchscreen DOES NOT recognise, the driver is there and working but the touchscreen does not activate .
any ideas? how do i return my LattePanda?
